Pay Per View marketing can be a good vehicle for promoting specific Cost per Action (CPA) offers. Many of the larger established companies you are already familiar with engage in some kind of Cost Per Action marketing and it can be a good source of revenue if you know what you’re doing. It all starts with a good offer and a good PPV network. Here is a breakdown of the best pay per view networks available today.
If you are a CPA marketer or have ever dabbled in the world of cost per action advertising, you have likely heard of Pay Per View (PPV) traffic. Instead of paying for each time someone clicks on your advertisement, you get to have your ad displayed to thousands of people for just a couple dollars.
Here is a list of my three favorite PPV networks that I have used in the past.
Lead Impact is probably the widest used PPV network by CPA marketers. They have high quality traffic that sees your ads. When signing up, they require a $200 deposit to open an account, which can be a turn off for newbies. However, if done right, you can easily profit from running CPA campaigns on Lead Impact.
TrafficVance is known as the king of PPV networks because of their level of high quality traffic that sees your offers. Similar to Lead Impact, TrafficVance requires a deposit to open an account, but they require a $1,000 deposit when you sign. That old saying, “you get what you pay for” comes into play here. You pay a premium price for premium traffic.
Pop Ads is a newer site, but I have had some success with them. There is no deposit required when you sign up, which I liked. Similar to PPC advertising, Pop Ads has you make a bid on the amount you want to spend per view. Typically I only spend $0.005 per view. That’s half a penny per view, which means I get around 1,000 unique views on my CPA offer for just $5. Even if my offer converts below 1%, I’ll still profit on that campaign. The offers I have found that work best on this network are dating offers, iPad/iPhone contests, and lottery offers.
You now have a list of the best Pay Per View networks. PPV traffic will not yield the same results that straight PPC advertising does, but it is much cheaper and if you tweak your ads to optimize your campaigns, using PPV can be very profitable.
